As55 crash kills five on board

A private helicopter has crashed off in the Rhinog mountains en route to Dublin from Luton, killing five people.

An investigation was opened into the helicopters disappearance on Wednesday, the HM Coastguard conducted the search for the helicopter.

The helicopter in question, a Eurocopter AS55 Ecureil 2, crashed in Snowdonia National Park. Owners of the helicopter, Mr and Mrs Burke are rumoured to be on board according to the Guardian.

The accident is being investigated by the Air Accident Investigation Branch.
