Air Evac Lifestream earns FAA diamond award

Air Evac Lifestream, a US based air ambulance service, has been awarded the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) diamond maintenance award.

Seth Myers, president of Air Evac Lifeteam said: “This award demonstrates the commitment and dedication our maintenance professionals have. Air Evac benefits from this commitment every day.”

The award was presented at the Air Evac Lifestream corporate headquarters at  O’Fallon, Mo by the FAA’s St. Louis Flight District Standards Office.

To earn the diamond award, all 166 of the company mechanics had to complete core courses, completing more than 40 hours of training to earn the silver award, with three mechanics earning the gold award.
