Amur Finance acquires Lloyd Helicopters

Amur Finance Company has acquired Singapore-based Lloyd Helicopter Pte. Ltd. (Lloyd) through Amur’s subsidiaries Amur Helicopter Financial Services (Amur HFS) and Amur ESL PTE Ltd. (Amur ESL).

Chris Lloyd, managing director of Lloyd Helicopters, will join Amur as the president of Amur HFS Asia.
