Avincis renamed Babcock Mission Critical Services

Avincis has been renamed as Babcock Mission Critical Services, following the acquisition by the Babcock Group in May 2014.

All the local companies which make up the various aspects of the business, delivering services to their customers across 11 countries will retain their individual names under the brands Australian Helicopters, Bond, INAER, Norsk Helikopterservice and Scandinavian AirAmbulance.

The company performs worldwide firefighting, emergency medical services, search and rescue, mountain rescue and oil and gas transportation.
