Bell signs customer service facility agreement

Bell Helicopter announced that it has appointed H&P General Aviation Service Co., Ltd. (H&P) in Guangzhou, China as a Bell Helicopter authorised customer service facility (CSF). H&P is authorised to perform field maintenance on Bell 407 aircraft.

“We are pleased to appoint H&P as a Bell Helicopter authorized Customer Service Facility,” said Eric Cardinali, executive vice president, Customer Support and Services for Bell Helicopter. “This agreement expands and strengthens Bell Helicopter’s support and service network and offers our Bell 407 customers in China a more comprehensive support solution.”

“Bell Helicopter has been recognized by its customers as number one in Aviation International News’ Product Support Survey for seven consecutive years and by readers of Professional Pilot magazine for eighteen consecutive years,” said Cardinali. “We will increase our service capabilities in tandem with our fleet. Our partnership with H&P General Aviation helps us accomplish our mission of providing seamless service and support to customers in growing markets such as China.”
