CHC Helicopter increases revenue and earnings for eighth quarter running

CHC Helicopter, one of the world’s largest helicopter operators, completed its eighth consecutive quarter of revenue and earnings growth in the third quarter of its fiscal year.

EBITDAR increased by 18% to $121M for the quarter ending 31 January and consolidated revenue was up 9% to $442 million, but CHC made a net loss of $63, including a non-cash, deferred tax-asset write-off of $28 million.

William Amelio, president and CEO, said: “We’re delivering solid operating results at the same time we’re streamlining and making other improvements that are strengthening CHC for the long haul.”
