Ex-Im and TD Securities finance three more AW139s for Omni

The Export-Import Bank of the US approved a loan guarantee for three AgustaWestland AW139s for Omni Helicopters International.

TD Securities was arranged and lender. The helicopters will be used for Brazilian off shore operations.

This is the second time that Ex-Im and TD have financed helicopters for Omni in 2013 with the operator also finacing three AW139s in April.
