Ritz-Carlton unveils new Floating Helipad

Ritz-Carlton has introduced a new navigable marine helipad to its upcoming Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach.

The helipad allows residents of the Ritz-Carlton properties to reduce the time spent travelling to the airport by providing a helistop service in the Biscayne Bay. The helistop is a large, flat boat and is a five-minute boat ride from the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach.

The helistop is a seven-minute ride from Miami International Airport, a 15-minute flight from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International, and a 30-minute flight from West Palm Beach International.

Flights will be operated by Miami Executive Helicopters. As well as flying residents to airports, the service will also serve flights to Naples, Sarasota and other Florida destinations.
