Russian Helicopters showcasing aircraft at Mexican aerospace fair

Russian Helicopters is showcasing the Mi-171 and Ka-226T at the Mexican Aerospace Fair 2015 at Santa Lucía, Mexico.

The latest Mi-8/17 helicopters will be showcased at the exhibition in a variety of configurations – including the VIP model. Russian Helicopters launched flight tests on the Mi-171A2 in November 2014.

Mexico’s Armed Forces and Police operate Mi-8/17 military transport helicopters.

Mexico is home to a major service centre for the maintenance of Russian-made helicopters, and Russian Helicopters is looking at expanding its maintenance centre operations in the country.
