Ed Washecka, CEO of Waypoint Leasing said: “We are excited to be part of Titan’s continued expansion. Titan is the largest helicopter services company in South Africa with a great history of operating on several continents, and we appreciate their confidence in Waypoint.”

Martin Steynberg, chairman of Titan added: “We are pleased to commence our relationship with Waypoint Leasing with the closing of our first transaction together.
