Rotortrade, the helicopter dealer, maintenance and financial services company, has sold a 2020 Airbus H125 to Brazilian aviation company Aeromot.
Originally based in the Middle East, the helicopter is undergoing final preparations and is expected to enter service with the aerospace and defence company in the coming weeks.
This transaction marks the start of a strategic relationship with Aeromot and reflects Rotortrade’s growing footprint in South America, according to the company. “This acquisition reflects our commitment to continuously strengthening our value offer to customers with reliable, mission-ready aircraft,” said Leonardo Andrade, chief strategy officer, Aeromot. He looked forward to putting this aircraft into service and exploring future opportunities with Rotortrade.
Gabriel Durif, sales manager South America at Rotortrade said the H125 sale reflected the firm’s commitment to offering tailored helicopter solutions to clients across South America. “We are proud to have earned Aeromot’s trust and to have delivered a solution that meets both their operational goals and regulatory requirements,” he added.
Raymond Lubrano, head of Region Latin America at Rotortrade said the partnership enabled the company to offer flexible fleet solutions that support Aeromot’s growth and serve its clients with “agility and confidence”.
Rotary and fixed wing company Aeromot serves a range of civil and defence customers. Civil contracts include: executive aviation, air taxi companies, flying schools, agricultural aviation and government agencies.
