Alex Baldwin, Reporter
Alex joined the team in 2017. Previously he worked on tech and utilities publications, but his interest in aviation and yachting made him the perfect fit for us.
Alex’s special talent is being able to eat an entire box of chocolates in under a minute!
Alud Davies, Editor-at-large
Alud’s interest in aviation started in 1986 when his father gave him the then current ‘Civil Aircraft Markings’ book, which he immediately set about crossing off the aircraft he’d seen.
Having grown up at Blackbushe Airport, his first move was close to Heathrow Airport, where he continued drawing lines in various books denoting which aircraft he’d seen.
Now living close to Gatwick Airport, Alud joined Corporate Jet Investor / Helicopter Investor in January 2014. He writes mostly for Corporate Jet Investor, and occasionally for Helicopter Investor.

Hannah Burton, Conference Manager – Content
Hannah joined Helicopter Investor as a temp in January 2018 after a stint in the civil service and then over 12 years worth of PA roles. As she survived the big London conference, they asked her to stick around permanently as a conference manager.
When not chasing the boss for the latest event agenda, Hannah can be found at military style exercise classes in the local park, singing in a choir and baking cakes (she’s also a huge fan of Minions)
