Eve Air Mobility’s busy week at the Paris Air Show included signing a $250m binding framework agreement with urban air mobility operator Revo , and a Letter of Intent  with electric aircraft pioneer Future Flight Global for up to 54 eVTOLs destined for the Brazil and US markets.

The $250m contract with Revo, based in São Paulo, Brazil and its parent company, Helicopters International SA (OHI), focuses on the purchase of up to 50 eVTOLs plus associated entry into service and aftermarket services. This milestone marks Eve’s transition from development to execution, solidifying its position as a leading provider of UAM solutions, according to the company.

“Signing binding agreements is the first step to profitability,” a spokesperson for Eve told Helicopter Investor at the Paris Air Show. “It’s a sign that we are on the right path in our product development with a customer who’s been working with Eve for over four years, one who believes in the use case for UAM and that Eve is the best solution for that market.”

Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility added: “This binding agreement with Revo and OHI is a pivotal step for Eve, demonstrating growing market confidence in our technology and operational model. By moving from concept to implementation, we are not only advancing our commercial roadmap but also helping to shape a robust and sustainable UAM ecosystem, setting a global benchmark for eVTOL deployment.”

Pre-Delivery Payments will become “an essential source of revenue” added the spokesperson but was unable to provide more details.

Revo will become the launch operator for Eve’s eVTOLs in São Paulo, with first delivery planned for fourth quarter of 2027. As one of the world’s most dynamic and advanced markets for aerial mobility, São Paulo has more than 400 registered helicopters and nearly 2,000 daily take-offs and landings.

Revo CEO Joao Welsh said the decision to partner with Eve Air Mobility stemmed from its mature design, comprehensive support ecosystem and Embraer’s unparalleled aerospace heritage. “These eVTOL aircraft will be the cornerstone of our ambitious plan to revolutionise Revo’s high touch mobility service, offering a safe sustainable, and scalable business that will connect communities and redefine convenience,” said Welsh.

In a separate development, Eve also used the Paris Air Show to reveal it had signed a LoI with Future Flight Global for up to 54 eVTOLs for deployment in North and South America.

Megha Bhatia, chief commercial officer at Eve Air Mobility said the collaboration with Future Flight Global is a significant step forward for Urban Air Mobility in the Americas. “By leveraging Eve’s proven eVTOL technology and robust certification process, Future Flight Global gains a powerful platform to deliver efficient, sustainable air travel in high-demand markets such as Brazil and the United States,” she said. “We’re excited to be their strategic partner in this endeavour, laying the groundwork for substantial future orders as they expand their fleet.”

Based in the firm’s US headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, Bhatia oversees Eve’s global sales, market intelligence and government relations divisions. (She joined Eve last year after serving as chief strategy officer at Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) and previously leadership roles at Rolls-Royce).

Future Flight Global and Eve aim to transform urban mobility on a global scale by deploying eVTOLs to significantly cut travel times and ease congestion in major cities.

“We are building a diversified electric aircraft fleet for global deployment across multiple mission profiles,” said Karan Singh, CEO, Future Flight Global. “Eve’s aircraft – rooted in Embraer’s 55-year legacy of designing, certifying, and supporting commercial and business aircraft – checks every box: strong performance parameters, passenger-first ergonomics, clear certification pathway, and scalable production system. We look forward to ANAC certification and deploying these aircraft in Brazil and additional high-demand markets worldwide in the near future.”
