Salus Aviation appoints new Head of MRO Sales

Natasha Dean has been appointed head of MRO Sales at Salus Aviation.

Helicopter and fixed-wing aviation services company Salus Aviation has appointed Natasha Dean as its new head of MRO Sales.

Dean will play a key role in strengthening relationships with the organisation’s partners and ensuring the continued delivery of top-tier maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions, according to the company. She will oversee the MRO Regional Account Managers across America, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as the Sales Support Team based in New Zealand.

“With her leadership, Salus Aviation is well-positioned to further enhance our customers’ safety and operational efficiency,” it said in a statement. “We are confident that her leadership will help propel us to even greater achievements.”

The new head of MRO Sales is backed by more than 18 years of wide, global aviation experience. “Natasha brings a wealth of expertise and an exceptional track record in sales leadership, client relations, and driving business growth,” said the company.

Dean has led high-performing teams, negotiated complex contracts and delivered consistent, outstanding results in competitive markets, it added.

Salus Aviation specialises in aircraft sales, leasing, maintenance, component and engine overhaul, blade repair, avionics, design and manufacturing, parts supply, aircraft repainting and reconfigurations.

Headquartered at Ardmore Airfield in south Auckland, New Zealand, Salus has operations throughout the country and in the US and South Africa.
