Waypoint Leasing signs agreement with AgustaWestland

AgustaWestland has announced that it has signed a multi-year multi-aircraft agreement with Waypoint Leasing LLC (“Waypoint”) for GrandNew, AW169, AW139 and AW189 helicopters.

The agreement signed at Heli-Expo by Ed Washecka, Waypoint Leasing’s CEO, and Emilio Dalmasso, AgustaWestland’s senior vice president Commercial Business, includes an initial firm contract for four helicopters.

“It starts with the customer — our model is built around delivering tailored solutions for clients,” said Ed Washecka, Waypoint Leasing’s CEO said at the signing ceremony. “We are very pleased by the response from AgustaWestland — their product line offers the capability our customers require and the performance that they demand.  I look forward to a long, successful relationship with AgustaWestland as Waypoint Leasing expands its global offering for customers.”

Emilio Dalmasso, AgustaWestland’s senior vice president Commercial Business added “The signing of this agreement with Waypoint Leasing will allow Waypoint to offer its customers the most modern range of high performance helicopters available in the market today covering light, intermediate and medium twin engine markets.
