Jean-Noël De Precigout has been appointed Rotortrade’s commercial director Europe.

Helicopter dealer Rotortrade has appointed Jean-Noël De Precigout as commercial director Europe. The appointment reinforces Rotortrade’s commitment to expanding its footprint and strengthening its commercial activities in Europe, said the company.

Gerard Pau, head of Region Europe at Rotortrade said: “Jean-Noël’s deep industry knowledge and experience are a perfect match for Rotortrade’s ambitions in Europe. His expertise will help us accelerate growth and strengthen relationships with operators, lessors, and OEMs across the region.”

Backed by more than 30 years’ experience in the helicopter industry, De Precigout is said to bring  extensive expertise in fleet management, pre-owned and new helicopter sales and industry partnerships. He began his career at Héli-Union in Paris, focusing on helicopter services for oil and gas companies.

He later specialised in fleet management and helicopter trading and founded Fin Air Trade. In that role he developed the company’s presence in both the pre-owned and new helicopter markets in partnership with manufacturers.

“I am excited to join Rotortrade for a new challenge,” said De Precigout. “Rotortrade’s reputation as a global leader, combined with its dynamic and professional team, presents a unique opportunity to further develop the European market and deliver exceptional solutions to customers.

Meanwhile, don’t miss our interview with Philippe Lubrano, CEO, Rotortrade published late last year. “A lot of things are to going to change in helicopter markets,” he tells us.
