Blueberry Aviation has recruited Gwenola Robert.

Helicopter and fixed-wing sales specialist Blueberry Aviation has appointed Gwenola Robert as vice president Contracts, effective from today.

“We are delighted to welcome Gwenola to the Blueberry Aviation team,” said Francois Gautier, the company’s CEO of Blueberry Aviation. “Her extensive industry experience, international outlook, and strong commercial acumen make her exceptionally well-suited to lead our Contracts function, ensuring we continue to deliver value to our partners and customers in full alignment with our company’s core professional values and standards.”

Working with the commercial aircraft and helicopter commercial team in Blueberry’s Monaco office, Robert is backed by more than two decades of experience in the aviation industry, including in legal, commercial and operational leadership roles.

She joins the company after leading business transformation initiatives at regional aircraft manufacturer ATR. During her time with ATR, Robert “focused on enhancing the company performance both operationally and financially, driving improvements in efficiency, cost management and delivering greater value to customers”, according to Blueberry. Robert’s leadership roles included: vice president of Contracts and Administration, Contracts director, and head of Aircraft Deliveries.

Before working with ATR, Robert served as chief commercial officer at electric aircraft developer Aura Aero. In this role, she helped drive the shift toward sustainable aviation by leading customer support and commercial strategies. Commenting on her new role Robert said: “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at BBA to help structure robust, business-focused contracting solutions and ensure our contracting practices continue to support long-term growth for the company.”
