Verticon 2026 plans ‘world’s biggest rotor event’ in Atlanta
Final preparations are underway for Verticon 2026 – billed as the industry’s largest rotorcraft event. This year’s show will take place between March 9th to 12th in Atlanta, Georgia.
The event is expected to attract up to 15,000 attendees from more than 85 countries worldwide. More than 600 exhibitors are expected to attend the event and over 60 helicopters and other rotorcraft will be on display. Helicopter flights will take place during the event.
Accompanying the flying demonstrations and exhibitors’ booths at the event will be more than 125 education and safety sessions. Topics include a broad range of subjects from Search and Rescue in Action to careers advice and Maintenance Check Flight Training.
Also represented at the event will be eVTOL aircraft and advanced helicopter systems. For example, Eve Air Mobility is exhibiting a full-scale eVTOL demonstration aircraft and exploring integration with helicopter fleets.
Helicopter Investor will be attending the event in Georgia to report all the leading news and views from the event organised by Vertical Aviation International (VAI).
VAI recently revealed a series of management changes. “VAI is moving into a phase where clarity in leadership and ownership of outcomes matters,” said François Lassale, president and CEO of VAI. “These updates give us a structure built for execution, with defined authority, tighter coordination, and a senior team positioned to deliver.” A reminder of last year’s show headlines from Verticon 2025 in Dallas, Texas is available here.
Meanwhile, see you in The A-T-L. Safe travels.
