Heli-Expo 2013 breaks attendance records

Helicopter Association International has announced that Heli-Expo 2013 held at Las Vegas was the biggest yet, with a record-breaking total of 736 exhibitors and 20,393 attendees, marking the event’s sixth consecutive year of growth.

Eurocopter announced that they had booked 69 helicopters at the show and that Sikorsky had taken orders for 50 helicopters. Both manufacurers had made significant helicopter order announcements at Heli-Expo 2013.

Next year’s Heli-Expo, Heli-Expo 2014 is being held at Anaheim, California from February 24 to 27, 2014 with the exhibit opening from February 25 to 27.
