The global Airbus H175 fleet has now achieved a total of 3,000 flying hours. One aircraft, delivered in December 2014, accounts for one third of the total.
Eric Van Hal, CEO of NHV Group, reports availability as being close to 95%.
NHV has recently taken delivery of its sixth H175, and is operating the type from both Den Helder in the Netherlands and Aberdeen in the UK. The NHV fleet of H175s has completed 1,500 flights and carried approximately 22,000 passengers.
In 2015 Airbus received orders for 36 H175s. A Public Services version was launched following an order for 7 Government Flying Services in Hong Kong, with deliveries planned in 2017.
2016 will see the H175 deployed in the Gulf of Mexico for Oil and Gas operations by Mexican customer Pegaso.
