Sino-US Intercontinental buys 30 Leonardo EMS helicopters

Sino-US Intercontinental Helicopter Investment has ordered 30 helicopters from Leonardo-Finmeccanica.

The aircraft are an undefined mixture of AW139 and AW169 types.

The helicopters will be operated by Kingwing General Aviation. All aircraft is due to be delivered in 2017.

Sino-US Intercontinental placed an order for 25 AW119Kx in early 2016.

The company is creating the largest EMS fleet in China, and currently has outstanding order for 80 helicopters with Leonardo-Finmeccanica.
