WFW advises Société Générale Group on refinancing 10 helicopters

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has advised Société Générale Group on the refinancing of nine H135 helicopters and one Bell 429.

The helicopters are owned by Iris Helicopter, the joint investment of Nova Capital and Rive Private Investment.

WFW advised on drafting of all finance and security documents.

Iris Helicopter was advised by Mayer Brown.
