Cobham and Bristow Helicopter joint venture wins 8 year Dutch Caribbean Coastguard contract

FB Heliservices, the joint
venture between Cobham and Bristow Helicopters, has won a €45m contract from
the Netherlands Ministry of Defence.

The 8 year contract will provide helicopter air reconnaissance to the Dutch
Caribbean Coastguard. FB Heliservices will provide two AgustaWestland AW139
helicopters equipped to provide air reconnaissance and search and rescue to the
islands. FB Heliservices will provide the aircrew and maintenance services to
fully support the operation.

The AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters will begin the contract in 2012.
