PremAir International Group, a helicopter charter, maintenance and sales company in the UK, has appointed Keith Marshall as the company’s new CEO.

Marshall is the former senior executive vice president with Northrop Grumman and also served as executive VP at Selex Galileo (formerly GEC-Marconi) in the company’s electronic warfare and battlespace divisions.

Marshall will report to PremiAir owner and chairman Graham Avery and will be based out of the company’s base in Blackbushe, Surrey.

“The new PremiAir Aviation International Ltd, is now led by a strong management team with a superb selection of aviation knowledge and skills that will help deliver revenue to the Group and significantly enhance our competitive advantage in the core businesses,” said chairman Graham Avery.

In joining PremiAir, Marshall brings to the company Aviation Specialities Unlimited (ASU), a US specialist in night vision systems integration for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.

PremiAir plans to showcase this technology aboard a recently acquired Airbus Helicopter AS355 helicopter, now undergoing refurbishment at Blackbushe.

Trevor Jenkins has also been promoted to lead the newly formed PremiAir Aerospace team as managing director, after joining PremiAir last year from his own consultancy practice.
