Heli-Expo – Bristow completes AW139 S&LB with Waypoint

Bristow has completed a sale-and-leaseback with Waypoint leasing. The deal covers three AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters.

All three helicopters will operate offshore on long-term contracts in Guyana in crew change and limited SAR roles.

Waypoint’s portfolio includes 120 aircraft, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. The fleet operates for 16 customers in 27 countries.

Additionally, the company have 125 firm orders and options for more than 125 new helicopters valued at more than $1.7 billion.
