Waypoint delivers one H145 to Andes Air

Waypoint Leasing has delivered one H145 to Peruvian helicopter operator Andes Air. It is the first H145 to operate in Latin America.

The helicopter will operate out of Andes Air’s Cusco Base, supporting MMG/Bambas mining operations.

Waypoint has firm and option orders with aircraft manufacturers for more than 120 helicopters over the next five years. The orders will almost double Waypoint’s current portfolio of 140 aircraft and are valued at more than $1.6 billion.
