Irish Coastguard S92 crashes with four on board

An Irish search-and-rescue S92 has crashed with four crewmembers on board.
The helicopter, operated by CHC helicopters crashed off the west coast of Ireland.
Captain Dara Fitzpatrick was recovered from the aircraft’s wreckage after an extensive search mission was launched.
The remaining three crewmembers are still reported missing.
The coast guard has no plans to ground its remaining S92s.
