Avinco sells 18 helicopters so far this year

Dublin-based aerospace specialists Avinco has made 18 helicopter transactions this year despite “market challenges”.

Avinco placed a wide range of helicopter types including As350s, B206s and B407s in various mission segments and regions. Two of the helicopters sold were direct from its own portfolio.

The full list of helicopter types comprises: EC120, AS350, H125, BK117, EC145, AS365s, EC155 B1, B206s, B407s, B429, B212

Going into the second half of the year, Avinco is looking to place a fleet of 21 H225s that were previously operated by CHC Group – which is set to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
