Milestone delivers Sikorsky S-92 to China General Aviation Company

Milestone’s new client, China General Aviation Company, has taken delivery of a S-92.

Milestone Aviation Group has delivered a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter to its new client China General Aviation Company (CGAC). Configured for offshore passenger transport, the S-92 will be deployed on offshore oil and gas missions from CGAC’s Hainan base on the country’s south coast.

Michael York, head of Emerging Markets, Milestone Aviation welcomed CGAC as a new customer. “We thank CGAC for the trust they have placed in Milestone and look forward to working with them as they continue to expand their offshore fleet,” he said.

Shiming Zhang, deputy general manager, CGAC added: “We extend our sincere thanks to the Milestone team for their outstanding professionalism, cooperation, efficiency and dedication. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with Milestone on further helicopter leases in the years to come.”
